Know your ears

Not meaning this for the sound...but literally the rubber tips do not stay in my ears. Granted, I use these things at the gym (still trying to lose the freshman 15...10 years after graduating college), but they just slip out a little so the sound proofing does not work. Granted, I did read reviews and forums before I bought these and they are not really meant for the gym. I just had some hope. Still amazing sounding!
