Earbuds are cool but I’m really upset because I can’t redeem the “6 month Apple Music for Free”! They sent me an email, I clicked redeem, it brought me to Apple Music and the screen just said “sorry an error occurred” or something like that. And it did this over and over countless times. And when I click on customer service it brings me immediately back to Best Buy and literally says “sorry an error occurred”. I have WiFi it’s connected fine every other thing on my phone using WiFi is fine. I was able to redeem Apple TV + but still couldn’t even get Apple News + the same thing happened. How can you advertise something and not let it be redeemable? And I remember the same thing happened to my beats studio 3’s a while ago when they promised “6 months Apple Music Free” I was so excited man, just to be disappointed again.

The sound in these is just subpar compared to my AirPods. I wanted to love them but I’m not able to adjust the EQ to make the sound feel full. They are comfortable but every time I adjust them I hit the start play button, which is annoying. Sadly I’m one day past the return date or these would be going back to pasture.

Works as advertised, though the battery life could be better.

I expected more for $200 I wanted to love it , playing music I will give it a five star, the base & sounds are amazing compared to the other guy in the picture. Beats definitely win in this category. Fits perfectly, never fell out and the noise cancellation is superb. Beats win agin. phone call Quality is horrible picking up any noise around you preventing your caller from hearing your conversation. Even in a car ride,gym,mall ect. Bluetooth connection is intermittent disconnecting and reconnecting on its own. I love these headphones so much I have returned two sets hoping I just received a bad pair unfortunately this is something beats needs to address with their software. I will return this pair and become a customer later after they work all the kinks/bugs out. Hoping for a beats fit model 2 soon.

The case might feel flimsy but they actually fit in my ear -- which I expect from my earphones. The only downside is that I actually had a quality issue with my pair. Luckily, I have an AppleCare+ so I was able to get them replaced.

I have own AirPods but there is not comparison with h this beats they are amazing I just can stop expressing how good this Earbuds are please give yourself a treat and experience what a quality affordable Beats Earbuds are.

I’ve had these headphones previously. I Decided to buy more open box for about 20-30$ cheaper. Upon receiving them, the ear buds pieces were missing, the character was missing, and the replacement earbuds pieces were missing. Returned immediately and expeditiously.

I would definitely continue to but anything apple.

I like them overall in comparison to the apple AirPods.

All earbuds depend on having a good fit…if they don’t they sound bad and aren’t fun to wear. I own the AirPods Pro, AirPods 3, Beats Studio Buds, and Galaxy Buds Pro…the Beats Fit Pro have the best fit and best sound overall. I also like that these earbuds work with Android phones and tablets the same as they do Apple devices. Here is the good and bad: 1. Best fit I’ve ever had on earbuds. I can walk, talk, chew, and workout…they don’t move or slowly wiggle loose. They are also comfortable and I couldn’t feel the ear fins at all. 2. These deliver great sound quality and bass. The bass doesn’t drown out the vocals at all and everything sound clean. Spatial audio with music and movies sound great thanks to the extra bass. Sound has no latency with videos or gaming. 3. Battery life is great. I was able to get 4 hours of straight listening and still had plenty of battery left. I’ll only need to charge the case once or twice a week at the most. 4. The charging case has been called out for not being able to charge wirelessly but I love that it has USB-C charging instead of lightning charging. I’m able to use fast charging bricks so they charge up faster then AirPods. Wireless charging was cool 2 years ago but it’s the slowest way to charge any device so not having it isn’t a big deal for me. 5. These are cheaper than the AirPods Pro but they have all the same features except wireless charging. That’s a good deal and once they go on sale for the holidays they will be a steal. The bad: * It took a little practice getting them in my ears the first time. You have to press down on the ear tips while placing them in your ear. * If you don’t like earbuds with silicone tips…these aren’t for you. Bottomline…the Beats Fit Pro check every box on features with ANC, Transparency Mode, Spatial Audio, great sound, great clean bass, comfortable to wear, great battery life, and don’t need constant adjusting. I love my AirPods Pro but they aren’t good for working out and over time they need adjusting…these solve that problem and are the perfect earbuds for me. I use them with my iPhone 13 Pro, iPad Pro, and GS21 Ultra business phone and no issues so far.
