I’ve had both styles of AirPods and personally I think these are better

Good Sporty Ear Buds

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.These are better than the original studio buds without the ear support but are worse than the AirPods Pro (use the Compare Tool to look at the differences). These will get you through a day of casual listening or your gym routine no problem. The quality of sound is ok, you may find yourself tinkering more with your phones music/sound settings to get the sound you want. Speaking of train ride, maybe it’s a coincidence but I notice they sometimes disconnect momentarily and reconnect as a train arrives underground in NYC… just a strange phenomenon that happens every once in a while. Battery life could of course be better, still not there yet to replace a headset at work if that’s what you were hoping for (I partially was).

I wanted to love these but they were uncomfortable

I ultimately ended up returning them but that is the only reason why. I found the airpods a more comfortable fit.

Most underrated buds on the market IMHO

They sound a lot better than the AirPod Pros, and quite frankly, most of my other ear buds (Sony Link Buds, Samsung Galaxy Buds Pro (and Live), Pixel Buds, etc.).
