New, but left earbud will not work!

The left earbud also will not hold a charge well when checking the charge on my iPhone. I’ll definitely be sending these back.

Ran through ALL tge troubleshooting steps on both pairs. Earbuds were fully charged. Reset my iphone. Then i came across a reddit post where lots of people also have this same issue. It is really disappointing how apple has done nothing to improve the beats line. Mind you I REALLY wanted these to work as i find the airpods wildly uncomfortable.

Sound quality isn't great, call quality is dim and bad, ear fit isn't great and gives me a lot of headaches and pressure after using them for 20 minutes. I've used these with my galaxy and my iPhone, it's really hard for me to recommend these.

Worst earbuds I ever had. I wish I could return them. Nothing worse then losing an earbud on a plane because they fall out constantly. Even tried changing the plastic pieces and they still kept falling out. Waste of money.
