Haven't had Beats since they first came out, but that was the over-ear headphones. That also means I haven't used them since Apple bought the brand. I got these because I (thought) I lost my Sony WF-1000XM3 earbuds. After having some connectivity issues (earbuds wouldn't stay connected for the first few days and reconnecting was an issue), everything seemed to work itself out and I was able to fully enjoy them. Pros: - They sound great. Which I was hoping for/expecting. - The battery life seems longer than what is listed. I was able to use them while working for an entire work shift without a charge. - The available colorway is incredible. - The UI of the app is phenomenal. - The winged tip helps keep the buds in place. That's an issue I have with my Sony buds and it's quite annoying. Cons: - The winged tip is a pro and a con. While it helps the buds stay in place, I did eventually start experiencing some soreness in that area. I had to constantly readjust them or just take them out completely and take a breather.** - The app looks great, but it's pretty useless. The Bose and Sony apps for their headphones are much better. All-in-all, these are some pretty great earbuds. Even with the cons, I'd say that they're a better deal than my Sony buds (the app thing is a small issue at the end of the day). I did end up returning these, but only because I found my Sonys and I paid $300 for those things, so I'm on that ride until they die on me. These are cheaper, more stylish, and produce the same (or better) bass than brands, so if you're in the market for new buds, these are definitely a good option. ** The wing tips initially didn't bother me. Well, my left ear. I had issues with my right ear basically from the day I got them. I also mentioned that I wore them at work, which may sound like my ear was just tired from having these in all day, but the issue would (sometimes) present itself from the time they were put in. While it was annoying, adjusting them would help ease the issue. Whenever I'm in the market for new buds, I'll probably go for the option without the wing tips and hope that those stay in my ears.

Air Pods for weird-ear-havers (and air pod haters)

These beats headphones come with the same technology in them as Apple's fabled 3rd generation Air Pods. For that reason, the pairing compatibility is seamless and great on the iPhone, and I imagine other devices as well. I personally can't have air pods because they both look weird and fall out of my ear. These have a classic ear plug style fit with a little rubber arm that helps support. Fit is extremely comfortable. Noise cancellation is 10/10, can't hear my dog bark. Voice quality on calls is great. Sound quality is okay. Not going to impress audiophiles but good enough for sure. Battery seems like it lasts forever, no complaints there.

I have AirPod pros and still use them almost daily but these are superior. The sound is better and I feel like the fit/feel in the ear is better. Also the longer battery is wonderful for airplane flights! 2 things, no cases are really available to accessorize the charging case. The charging case also doesn’t do wireless charging. 1 last thing, the “skip” button is sort of on the edge facing out, so when I use it in bed(a lot of times), if you lean on the side or whatever, you might hit the button and pause. Other than that, these are definite best in the mArket at the current moment. You don’t run into this problem with airpods. Both are great, but this is newer and the sound is noticeably better.

These headphones are fantastic! They offer sound quality similar to the pros, but with a touch more bass. Having owned all AirPods versions, I find these are the best at staying in your ears, thanks to the wing tip. The only downside is the case; I hope the next iteration includes wireless charging and speakers like the pro version. It would make them much easier to locate when misplaced. Overall, I would recommend them over the pros.

For the first time in a long time, I actually enjoyed a beats product! These have good bass, a fantastic fit (maybe the best fitting earbuds I’ve tried), and good overall sound quality. I’m not a big fan of the case though, as it is missing features like wireless charging, and the case feels like cheap plastic. It doesn’t seem to have any other problems, though. While I wouldn’t purchase these for $199, I’d recommend them if you can find them for around $160.

These sound amazing the stock bass out of the box is loud and clear simultaneously! They can even sound better with an EQ (Equalizer). The noise cancelling is phenomenal. Used these around a gas pressure washer and could not hear the pressure washer running. They are all around pretty comfortable but noticed that when wearing for long terms they start to hurt the back side of my ears. Battery life is good for both the case and the earbuds.

My Cons are The sound is not as good as my AirPods Pro 1 but close. Call quality isn't as good as my Pro's but close. No wireless charging. My Pros are that my Beats are close enough in comparison to my Airpods in sound for me, and with the longer battery life and they also fit well in my ears that these are my go to buds because I can work with them without them falling out of my ears. If the Airpod Pro's had ear hooks like the beats and stayed in ear like the Beats the Airpods would be a an almost perfect game changer for me. If my friends can get these on sale and need active wear buds I would recommend these. If my friends do not need active wear buds I would not recommend Beats vs Airpods.

I purchased these to replace my Galaxy Buds Pro, for two primary reasons. 1. Mic quality was highly rated for calls. 2. The wing tip to help stability, my ear shape causes most buds to fall out. The buds audio quality with music does not provide the depth in sound that you'd expect for $200, but I knew that buying Beats. I'm not throwing shade; Beats boost the low end and have never had audio depth that lines up with their price point. That being said, the audio is still good. If I'm listening to music on my phone, I do go back to my Galaxy Buds Pro, which use AKG audio. The call quality is outstanding and people can hear me clearly. I was very happy with the fit, as I've always had to use after market tips. The nose cancelling is far superior to the Galaxy Buds Pro. I tested the function sitting between two batting cages and maybe three or four times did I hear a slight knock when someone was swing a BBCOR (HS/College level) alloy bat or any of the kids. The pass through was a little off, as I noticed that in the cages, audio would cut out in the opposite ear of the ear bud that picked up the sound of the bat. Lastly, what I didn't research was that there is no wireless charging. I have cheap $25 buds I use while on the train and subway and they have wireless charging, so for $200 that's pretty disappointing. The charging case also feels pretty cheap. They also disconnect in my ear if there is no active audio for more than an hour. Overall, I'm happy with the buds and am keeping them. I need something secure I'm my ear and a good mic.

This was my second pair of beat fit pros I purchased after sadly misplacing my old pair. These work perfectly. I love the grey color and the ease of use with my iphone. They’re the only ear buds that dont fall out of my ears while exercising. Battery life is much better than airpods. If your on the fence, I highly recommend choosing these over air pods!

I own 2.5 pairs, 1 for work and 1 for leisure. The 3rd did not completely survive the washing machine. Pros: Great sound, battery life, and noise canceling. Wing tips really secure the fit to my ears (medium). Cons: Case is not as premium as the headphones and connectivity to my Galaxy lags. (For some reason not the same issue with my other pair)

Glad i waited for these. Im a bit of an audiophile. My top tier Bose QC are by far the best for the sound experience the comes my Airpod pro 1st gen with the integeation of Lossless sound from Apple Music increased the experience a few fold and a close third in my line up are these yhey are so comfortable i simetimes forget to take them out even while working from home. Sound experience is good and will be great for most. Disappointed the case does not charge wirelessly but not a deal breaker. Battery is great sync with spole products is seemless. Base is similsr to airpod pros.
