Good sound when playing low music but when music was loud you would lose audio in one and/or both ear buds.

Great ear buds. I like the way that they stay put in my ears and the sound quality is amazing! The best recent purchase that I’ve made.

Great sound quality and the noise cancelling was too notch. Had to return because the tips were very uncomfortable.

External loud noises cancel everything including music. Sound quality is not as good as expected.

I ended up returning these because they were very uncomfortable to wear for more than 20-30 minutes. The sound quality on these is good. Just wish they were more comfortable.

They are too big for my ears and make them hurt. When I could get them to stay the sound is great but very easy to disconnect when pushing them back end so it may hang up on you.

At first when using I wasn’t to sure about them but when I got to know how to work it and all it’s features, is amazing

New Beat sound since Apple took over. Nice and balanced still with good bass. Nice ANC and call quality. Test the fit, its one size fits all. If u have iPhone meets all the eco system functions.

These headphones work better than any headphones I have ever used. They automatically connect and turn on bluetooth when removing from the case. I always had trouble keeping wireless headphones in my ears, but they do not fall out. Definitely recommend them.

Had them for just over a year and not bad but I would have liked more bass

The sound quality is great and loved the noise cancelling. However after a while of wearing them they start hurting my ears. Really wished they had different sizes of the part that hooks into your ears.

Unfortunately I will have to return these for another pair. The left bud is defective, no sound is coming out. I purchased the buds and I left going out of the country and realized that they were not one side was not working. I’m sure I can replace them. I purchased Apple care.

Sound is great. Case could be easier to handle. The buds dont fit very well.

I've been using Airpods 1st gens for a very long time now because they fit my ears and sound great. I was told these would be a nice sound upgrade and would still fit nicely. Bottom line, even on the smallest ear piece setting, these things are popping out of my ears. It was a nice test but is definitely not worth the hassle, if you have small ears like me, just go with the airpods.

Very good headphones, have bought a 2nd pair after I lost the first. Can be uncomfortable to wear for a prolonged period. Having had AirPods and Airpods Pro I prefer these

Good fit in the ear and great sound quality. Had to exchange because connection was bad with phone.

Purchase was easy and arranging delivery to my house was easier. I love my Beats for their noise reduction and ease of connection to my phone.

I went from air pods to these. I like them but some times my the freeze on my phone call where the other person can hear me and it ends my phone call.
