I really liked these earbuds but I have smaller ears than I imagined and they just were too big and made it uncomfortable to wear. I am going to try Apple Airpod Pros next to see if those are smaller and more comfortable.

I returned them. I love the idea of the H1 chip to seamlessly switch between devices and the sounded pretty good, but unfortunately they were uncomfortable after only a couple hours.

The noise canceling was great BUT these beats would not stay in my ear and kept falling out. Eventually my ear started to hurt because I had to keep adjusting them and couldn’t really enjoy my music so I had to get a refund.

Didn’t work! Wouldnt pair to my bluetooth despite multiple tries and turning off my phone. You’re better off ordering from Beats store on Amazon. I did that, got it the next day and they worked right away! Unlike the ones from bestbuy.

Great headphones for workout. It syncs well with apple devices, and has all the features that AirPods Pro has so deserves a 5 star rating.

I like the headphones, however, they don’t stay in as well as they need to. I want to go jogging and do fitness activities and I use all three sizes to see. Maybe the adjustment wasn’t right, they all slipped out.

Not the best at all I feel like could be way better. The max volume it's that loud on them. I got the liberty 3 and I love them and they are cheaper and come with way more

Better than my AirPod pros 100%. Battery life, sound quality and capability. Buy these over Apple AirPod pros.

Sound quality is excellent, but after about 3.5 hours of use, my ears were very sound.

My wife loves them. They were a gift for mother’s day and she wears them everywhere.

Bought them as a gift for Christmas. The person spent two days trying to get them to work. Even going to an Apple store thinking it's the IPhone. Turns out to be bad Beats ear pods. Return to BestBuy for a replacement. No in stock. Now have to wait weeks. Also, BestBuy canceled the warranty, even though I'm a BestBuy Totaltech Member. They also canceled Apple Air Pots because they were on the same order. Took over 20 minutes to correct the Apple warranty problem. Now I'll have to work on the warranty for the new Beats Ear Pods when we get them.

I’m kinda disappointed! I wanted to be in love w/ these. But I have tried every size of the earbuds and they don’t fit my ears. This is totally my problem, not the product itself. I love them they just keep falling out. :-(

Comfortable fit and easy to connect. Could be a little less in price but works great.

They fit awesome but the sound is weak compared to my air pods pro

Good sound. Very easy to use. They sync'd up with my iphone automatically. Easy and fast charging in the case. I did have to purchase an adapter to be able to charge the case to a standard USB port.

Great sound and fit. The noise cancelling works perfectly for doing yard work . I had the power beats pro and these fit my ear very similar to those. Apple airpods don’t stay in my ear, but these do.

I had Apple AirPods Pro but they kept going out and I could hear so I decided to switch to the beats and I’m loving it

This is the 2nd pair of Beats ear buds I have purchased. So far so good. Sound is amazing and I love the noise canceling function. Perfect size. This pair was for my son and he loves them too.

I purchased these earbuds as a replacement for Galaxy Buds pro, and to my surprise, I wasn't disappointed. The only issue is i wish the bass better.
