Great Sound, Won't Stay in Ear

My main issue is that no matter what rubber ear inserts I use, one of the earbuds falls out of my ear! This usually happens while listening to music or on a call, which causes a panic and scramble to find the fallen earbud...that SUCKS!

These stay in perfect during exercise and sound almost as good as the airport pros.
