    No issues with the actual function of listening to music, just decided to unpair with husbands phone and now wont show up to pair even... so now after 2 weeks they are an expensive paper weight.

    The quality is obviously amazing since it's beats. My main thing was are they going to fall out when working out like air pods would. And they don't - design is pretty solid! You do get that "water in your ear" effect if you move fast, but I'm sure it's due to active noise cancelling feature.

    BEWARE, THEY NO LONGER PROVIDE FULL SOUND MASKING . I am so disappointed w/ these earbuds; I loved my first pair which I purchased about 2.75 years ago and paid twice $98 each time to Apple to fix the arm for each of them as they tend to break right at the middle where the rubber secures it to the ear canal - Total cost of ownership by then approx. $400. Unfortunately, I lost them. I liked them them so much and considered these to be essential equipment when I work at the office as these were excellent at blocking any and all sound around me, allowing me to concentrate with the I tasks at hand, so I purchased a second pair replacement, but the sound masking did not work at all this time it seemed as though they were always on “transparent” mode instead - partially filtering sound. I exchanged them with the third pair …and here comes my disappointment. They are no longer manufactured as advertised. In other words, the best you can get from these in sound blocking is transparency, not full sound masking. I would love Apple beats to reach me directly to discuss how to proceed on this product in point me to a product that will meet the standards that I need for work.
