I have not worn this outside because about every 15 minutes they fall out of my ears. The cost is too much to lose. I will have to return them, but this product is great!

Pricey can do better

She’s happy with them but I found them to have too much base. When compared to the apple I preferred them. Noise does come through but pairs easily to phone.

Beats my ears hole

I can not sleep with these, and after 20 mins my ear canal hurt regardless of the earbuds size selection. They all hurt . I don’t wear for long periods of time

Do Not Connect

The first pair wouldn’t connect then only one of them would connect with the second pair. I ended up returning them. So disappointed.

If you move to much or do any bending the beats will completely fall out. If you talk to a person whom also has beats you have to turn down the volume otherwise there is an echo.

Once I selected what I thought was the correct earbuds size they just weren’t comfortable. I think they need to include extra small for those with ear canals that are small.

Best Buy won’t help me because it’s been 18 days

Plus, they hurt my ears. I constantly have to adjust them. I have tried all x3 ear pieces
