I have had the Powerbeats Pro and they lasted forever and were amazing. Had two pairs and wanted to try something new. Wont do that again.

If you make an adjustment to push the headphones back in your ear you will more than likely pause your music or hang up on whoever you are speaking to. Sound is amazing if you can get them to fit properly. I tried every ear tip and they are not working for me. I plan on returning them.

Ran through ALL tge troubleshooting steps on both pairs. Earbuds were fully charged. Reset my iphone. Then i came across a reddit post where lots of people also have this same issue. It is really disappointing how apple has done nothing to improve the beats line. Mind you I REALLY wanted these to work as i find the airpods wildly uncomfortable.

Huge issue with the design. The wing tips end up tearing near the middle. One already had to be replaced under warranty and the second earbud just tore, fortunately still under warranty but after warranty ends they are a throw away. They need to fix the design issue.
