Do not buy these. The right side will not connect. I bought a second pair. The left side does not connect. This issue is all over the internet. Now I have to send them back to apple to repair or replace.

They hurt the ears, very uncomfortable and they kept falling off. Not good at all.

These were uncomfortable in my ears. I tried different tips but they didn’t feel right. They also cut out during phone calls and music playback.

Terrible. Out of the box, the left side didn't work, but it's past the return internal (item was a gift that was opened > 14 days later) so we have to attempt warranty support.

Very awkward, rubs sores in the ear because of the way the hook is. Sounds good, but can't wear for long.

This product is not what I expected, the quality of calls and people complain of static and noise. Not meant to use with cell phone callseven though it’s a capable pro version

They have stopped working twice since I bought them, less than a year ago. Apple won't replace them or let me return them, so I'm stuck without them for a week at a time while Apple "fixes" them, only for them to stop working a couple weeks later. I wouldn't waste your money on these. If I had known they were an Apple product, I would've never bought them. I never had issues with my first pair of Beats.

Been having issues with these buds dying on me. Plugged them in and apparently not even the case charged. Don’t want to say extend the return window to allow actual use of the product, but it’s Best Buy, what did you expect?

I will never going to buy beats headphone again. That was my biggest mistake. Beats I wish they pay my money back. I wish beats they will refund customers money. I talk to three of my other friend. They are also regretting after use the headphone. after you were this you can’t keep it more than 20 minute start having pain on your ear and My ear is bleeding because this headphone is so uncomfortable.

Not worth the money. Doesn’t hold battery charge. Wasted $200.

Good overall, but stop suddenly at times. Sometimes they start up again after a short time, but sometimes they just stop and don’t start back up.

Tried all of the ear tips what in the box, but it keep saying that it’s not fitting correctly. Sound is okay. But for $200 price range, not worth. For better fit, vista 2 would be better.

Not worth the price! Ear buds very poor quality for the price and they broke in less than 6 months. Does not work well with android products. Could not even update the earbuds. I will never buy a beats product again!

save your money. Wing tips will tear after a while of use. For the price this shouldnt happen.

Noise canceling does not work well. I can still hear a lot of background noise which is annoying. Not impressed at all. The Apple AirPods work and sound better. Totally disappointed.

Audio on left piece is very bad. Sounds like a malfunction. I would not recommend it.

Honestly the most uncomfortable earbuds. Very sad to say. My son hate then, and I thought he was being dramatic, so I took them. And I agree! There uncomfortable and painful after an hour. Next time staying with Bose or Apple AirPods.

The audio quality isn’t bad by any means but the noise canceling is extremely subpar for the price and the charging case is a joke. I’d go with the AirPod Pros over these.

Not a fan of the way they feel in my ear, but I think it depends on a person’s ear shape. I returned them because they continued to fall out of my ear.
