Don't waste your money

I googled this and found many people had this same issue and the same tear. (there is a discussion thread on the apple support page that people have posted pictures of the same tear that i have)

Awful noise canceling

The noise canceling properties, for these are awful and serve no purpose when trying to work in an office environment. The music quality is worse than comparable Apple products and the battery life is also not great.

Bought this one before xmass and I didn’t know that was on sale in their website, i bought this item in best buy milpitas McCarthy. The guy didn’t told me about the prize on sale in their website to match the price. I was disappointed when i found out this item was on sale.
