Horribly painful and there isn't any noise cancellation whatsoever. In addition, when calling, customer service reps. will lie to get people off of the phone and back into a retail store. I'll NEVER BUY FROM BESTBUY AGAIN

it’s good headphone, just expected more bass and for it to be cheaper

I Like just hate they always fallen out and I'm asking the kids to pick them out.

Very uncomfortable fit. The wings hurt my ears while in for a few minutes. Average sound quality.

These stick out of your ear so far that the weight carries them and falls out of the ear. The noise canceling is terrible and the sound is tinny and cheap. They will be returned.

Good ear buds can be a little uncomfortable at first but got used to them quick.

Awesome sound. Punchy bass. ANC works well to keep the noise out. I used them on a flight and it did the job very well. However, it gets really painful to wear after some time. Changing the ear cushions did not help. I bought 2 pairs and my wife complained of the same. I will be returning these.

The buds do not stay in my ears no matter what size I change the ear piece to.

Bought these to replace Powerbeats Pro, themselves flawed ear buds that I limped along for 2 years. Beats Fit Pro are not for me. Don't fit. Don't sound good. Don't come on and off easily. If only the Powerbeats Pro hook behind the ear and volume control combined with AirPods Pro amazing sound quality. Beats Fit Pros are neither of these, at least not for me.

Great for music, terrible for calls. They also don’t stay in the ear easily regardless of the adapter you use. Also, there is a button on the side that if pressed hangs up the phone or stops music. Not a good headphone for traveling or calls.

Good for the gym but I can't have a conversation on them.

No matter what ear tips you use they fall out of your ears. Sound quality is poor when talking to someone one the phone. They are very sensitive to touch, while on a call you cannot adjust them to secure them in your ear or else they will disconnect the call. Missed my return date by 3 days. Now I'm stuck with them.

I love the sound but couldn’t get the product to stay in my ear

Hate them! Not a year old and they connect to my phone wherever they want to. Always have problems with connection. Don’t waist your money unless you want it for a year max. Sensed to apple to see what was wrong and they send them back saying that nothing was wrong.

I like the way all they are small, but they don’t fit well in your ear. They fall out.
