Purchased these during Black Friday season with my MB Air. Wanted them as my workout headset since my AirPods don’t seem to tolerate sweaty ears very well. These came well packaged (as typical of the Beats line) and I was super excited. They were so comfortable and handled the workout pressure “OK” (still popped out sometimes). HOWEVER, literally on my 2nd day using them… they just shut down in-use! And they haven’t worked since… tried drying ‘em out under heated lamp. Left charging overnight. NOTHING. On day 2… Not trusting my money on these ever again.

No sound no nothing. I did every troubleshooting advice I found on Apple and nothing went into Apple Store and guess work nothing. They tired everything then asked if I wanted to buy another pair! Why would I buy another pair when these don’t work and the reviews say it happens often. I will just go with another brand at this point. Apple is a joke and these beats started off great and ended as a dud.

They do not let you know when you are out of distance. The dangling is annoying. The magnet can also be annoying. I am stuck with two pair because I only had 14 days to return them.
