Some of my favorite headphones for quality and comfortability until they does not even 3 months into use. I have never had headphones crap out so quickly in my life. Feels like a huge rip off.

I purchased these last august, so I have had them almost a year. I went to charge them and they stopped charging and working all together. I was very surprised by that.

The headphones do not stay powered very long, even if not in use. My previous headphones would keep a charge for days when not in use. However, I MUST charge these daily.

Absolute garbage. Beats used to be praised as the best. I would rather have skull candy headphones than these. The mesh over the mic will cut you. Very poor battery life. Audio quality is terrible. After a year of use they shut off randomly despite being charged

Terrible. I bought 3 pairs of these in the last 6 weeks and they all broke after less than 4 uses. 2 pairs were purchased and Best Buy and one at Target all the same. My previous pair of beats lasted over 3 years with almost daily use.

Not as advertised. The battery life doesn't even come close to 12 hours. I would say roughly 7 hours, tops. I would return them but I can't seem to find wireless headphones that can last my whole shift at work.

The thick rubber keeps crossing int front, rubbing against volume and off/on mechanism. It is really noisy and not easy to turn off or on.

These just stopped charging and would not work anymore. Not even a year old

tinny sound. poor base sound. worsen, listening to an old fashion transistor radio.

It was great while it worked. I bought it on Feb 28 and it stopped working by late June! So if you want a pair that only works for ~3 months go for it.

I used the product for the Miami 2024 marathon and it no longer works. I have to go to the store to make a claim

I'm not sure if this is because of a design change, but my most recent pair of beats stopped working a week after I got them. I bought 2 others for my dad and brother, and one did not work out of the box, and one stopped working after the initial charge was empty. It used to last about 2 years but not anymore.

My first pair lasted 2 years before my child accidentally stepped on them. I bought 2 more and then had to return both because of sound of frequency in both. Than I had to return them 3rd pair because it lasted 2 hours before a shortage while in the gym. It powered off and did not power back on. I don't know if there is a bad batch.

Get broken after a month of use. No recommend it for active people

Truly one of the most garbage devices I've ever bought. They refused to hold a charge. Time after time I would charge them only to have them go dead after 30 minutes of listening...or fail to turn on at all. Would not stay in my ears, even after switching out the ear pieces multiple times. The sound was trash - muddy and weak. Seriouly: Do. Not. Buy. These. Headphones.

Not as good as they claim to be I had cheaper Bluetooths that sound better and better battery life Sony xb400 for the win

The product is good but the staffs at the store are not professional. I have to wait about 20 or 30 minutes to be served. When I got this item, I asked them about the charger of it, they said that they did not have it in the store. And then, when I got home I searched their website again I found this store is selling the charger for beats flex. They wasted my time a lot because I had to come back there to buy the charger. So if you want to buy something in the store at Snellville, you should search it on the website before you go there and ask them, they do not know anything in there. So weird!

I like the item, but you can only hear from one ear, and for each one I brought, you can only hear from the right ear.
