Works well a little wonky to pair. The volume is crystal clear

These break after a couple months of regular use. I stupidly purchased multiple pairs of these and all broke within the same timeframe. Save your money, there’s a reason these are always on sale!

Not really a very good fit—my Beats X fit tighter and didn’t fall out as much. Sound quality okay. Typical for a set of $49 buds. Look for a sale on the Powerbeats before you consider these.

Used them for a couple of weeks, battery is great, had trouble turning them on and connecting it to my iPhone a couple of times, but it was okay and even took them for a run numerous times one of these runs I turned them off and that was the last time that I used them because after that they won’t turn on or even show if they’re charging. I’m assuming it was the sweat, but just in case don’t take them for a run. Other than that they are good for the price.

Tge noise cancelling properties could be better. Background noises can be amplified to the listener.

Stop working good less than a year. I already have to replace them

It takes some use to turning it on compared to other product from Beats. The other problem is that requires a different charging from my other Beats products which was a headache at first.

Bought it for my girl and it did not fit to her ears and she didn't like it though. Returned !!

Doesn’t stay well in ears - and on neck- could have been better if little lengthy

I’ve changed all the ear fitting and it still falls out of my ear. They don’t have a button to answer a call, no noise canceling feature. I won’t be buying anymore.

Beats Flex Wireless Earphone just made my life easy

Love the battery and feel however, I returned it as it was very very very hard to connect to my apple devices. Every time I picked it up to use it would not connect.

These used to use the apple lightning charger. Now you have to have that for your iPhone and an usb-c charger. And this is my 7th pair. Used to be called beats X. After one year and a month exactly they quit working. Just outside of warsanrt. Many people have agreed with this experience. They are great for one year and then you just have to buy another pair. My girlfriend has had three of the 7 and I figured hers would last longer. Nope exact experience. Nothing! They work for 1 year.

Yeah, they stopped working after 90 days. When I took them back to Best Buy, I was told that’s a manufacturer thing you have to go through them. So Best Buy won’t stand behind them either.

Came with high reviews and was excited. One side seemed to work better than the other.
