I like the item, but you can only hear from one ear, and for each one I brought, you can only hear from the right ear.

I like them for Music but not for calls at all. It picks up way too much background noise and seems to magnify it to the point that it really bothers the people I am talking to. Looking in to getting something different

Universal ear plugs aren’t great. Headphones disconnect from my iPhone a lot by themselves. Cheaply made.

I bought these they were great for a while until two days after they were non returnable then they got staticky and stopped working I’m very upset because I am out money and I can’t even get a replacement they were a gift for someone who is very special and they turned out to be a disappointment and wasted money

This is GARBAGE!!!! Sorry not Sorry!!!! Can not even hear music. When I want to listen to music, it should be loud for no reason. Than I turn it down

These lasted for about a month and then died. The sound quality was good while they lasted.

Brought this product and it died within 3 weeks. No longer a good product.

Ever since this company was sold the quality of the beats have gone done. Now they are garbage and do not sound like the beats from 15 years ago.

My original Beats Flex earphones wore out after two years of constant, daily use so I bought a new pair. The quality of this new pair was terrible. The new device malfunctioned the first week, and I returned the headset for a replacement pair. The replacement pair ALSO malfunctioned the first week of use. I returned the headset, and I am done with Beats. Don’t waste your money and time.

very disappointed No bass and the sound not that great . I would not buy these. go with Skullcandy - Push Ultra In-Ear True Wireless Sport Headphones sound lot better

They fall out of your ears very easily and they dont have good quality unlike other options of beats

Stopped charging after 3 weeks, so no longer returnable to Best Buy. Completely unusable.

I was looking for something with a little higher quality. The buttons are tiny and when nothing is playing through the headphones, you can hear an echo in your head. Prefer a better ear tip.

Worked great off the shelf, but stopped working within a month. Wouldn’t recommend for runners.

Thought for being beats they sound better could had same or better sound on cheaper set

I bought this product on August 29th, charged it fully, and only used it 3 to 4 times during my workouts. However, on September 20th, when I attempted to recharge it, it suddenly stopped charging. Therefore, I cannot recommend this product.

I expected more being "beats" ! Short battery life , the neckband is very small, sound quality is eh.

Poorly designed product. Apple went and changed the design of the originally well designed Powerbeats and made it worse. The tiny volume control button is impossible to use if you are working out and sweaty and they reversed it from the right side to the left side. The Bluetooth connectivity constantly dropped from my iPhone 11 Pro Max and I had to keep resetting the Flex to reconnect. This is Apple’s worst product sine the Newton

Headphones does not last as long as stated on the product, have not had the product 90 days and the mic has gone out

Not loud and no next or previous button. The battery stinks, over all 3/10
