Not worth it, product is horrible and not comfortable

I’ve haven’t even had these headphones for a full month and the power light will not turn off. I’m highly disappointed especially after spending almost $75 dollars on a pair of headphones. PLEASE DONT WASTE MONEY!! Apparently this is a known issue with these earphones!

Terrible headphones. Fully charged them before use and lasted less than 8 hrs. Had them for about a month and now last less than that. Do not buy unless for a child

Good battery life but horrible sound quality......

DO NOT BUY- you will need to buy a charger! the phone is not great.

Not at all happy with this purchase. It says battery stays for 12hrs but its not. I have been using this for my full 8hrs meeting by having the charge at 100% but by 7.15hrs and then went off. The sound quality is not good as expected especially from Beat. Will have return it not all satisfied with this purchase.

Garbage. Quit working 18 days after purchase, used only 6 hours in total and Best Buy only gives you 15 days for returns. Do yourself a favor and buy something else. Might as well have thrown $50 in the trash.

Overall headphones just okay would not stay connected bluetooth.

I purchased these and they broke within a month. Best Buy refused to exchange them or give me a store credit but instead sent me to the Apple store for resolution. Why shop at Best Buy then? This is officially the last time I will ever shop at Best Buy. No wonder they keep closing stores.

The sound is not clear and static can be heard with a buzzing noise.

These broke after only 3 uses. Terrible buy. The placement of the buttons for on/off and sound were in a terrible place. Also, uncomfortable.

For an Apple owned company the sound quality from these is poor. The fit using all the supplied ear tips is average. The functionality of these is terrible with small hard to touch controls that are difficult to change. And to figure them out you must go to the internet to read the instructions.

This is my fourth pair within four weeks. The three previous ones quit working after using them only one time. I would not recommend buying these.
