1st pair suddenly quit turning on or charging. Apple reviewed product and replaced. Unfortunately 2nd pair now broken as well.

Died in less than 2 months. Sound quality was poor. Battery life wasn’t great

Purchased them on November 2nd and exactly one month later they stopped working. Used them only once a week to connect to class via zoom on my phone, so I only used them 4 times and charged them twice! Returned them ASAP.

It’s just stopped working.My son used it for gym and just one day didn’t work.Bought at Best Buy but suggest to go apple for warranty.

The slightest hiccup will make them unuseable and no more valueable than the lint in your pocket

Did not work defective, returned but a bit of a hassle due to only allowing a few people in store!!! No where to park for curbside option .

This is a terrible product. Within less than a year it was replaced three times for the same problem with a microphone. It broke yesterday again.

Within in 30 day of use it stopped working. Not charging. Have to go to apple store doe service which is like Joke. They sent it for repair and will get it back some day. Don’t waste your money. I shied have stick to Bose.

the earpieces will not stay in the ear, they fall out all the time. It needs a clip to go over the ear.

Second pair in the garbage, so far this makes 3 that haven't last more than a few months. Apple/Beats please stop making a trash product. You use to make an awesome product. I'm very disappointed.

They are way too quiet. Don’t waste money if you want to actually hear music or podcast

Unfortunately these earbuds have surprisingly low sound quality, do not stay in my ears comfortably and they seem to always be dead.

I’d give these 0 stars if possible. Only lasted a month before they stopped working. They won’t turn on. Stays stuck on red light.

Headphones broke after using them once. There supposed to be sweat proof, but they clearly were not.

I sweated in them mowing thw lawn once anx they never sorked again

Crap...... had them for 2 weeks. They worked great.. Two weeks later went to put them on... Nothing.. Yes they were charged... no power no lights nothing. Save your money

Battery life is not good. Hardly works(calls/Music) for 2,3 hours on one recharge. Going to return them.

Worst headphone ever ! Uncomfortable and sounds weak and horrible !! Don’t buy it
