First, what's with the 1 point type? Second, there is no anotated product illustration anywhere, no way to figure out which earbud is the left or right! It's not indicated on the earbuds or in the instructions! Really? Finally, the instructions do not tell you it will NOT complete the initial pairing IF the earbuds are being charged. Gee, what's the first thing people generally do when they buy a product that needs charging? Hmmmm. I guess customers should just know better!? Nice product, but Beats clearly cares more about looking cool than being helpful.

Excellent sound, bad fit

I have smallish ears, I guess, because they will not stay in. The sound is just fair. The “pros,” the battery is long lasting and the connectivity is easy. But for me, if they aren’t designed well enough to stay in the ear, why bother (disclaimer, they do provide you with varying sizes of tips to “customize” the fit, but the smallest ones still aren’t sufficient).
