These work great but need acouple pair because I use them all day long and the charge doesn't last 12 hours.

Stopped working right. Always difficult to tell if on and connected or not. Sounds to let you know going in and off are not helpful. They sound too similar. Under warranty. Was told to go to Apple to get fixed or replaced. I bought at Best Buy and got my warranty at Best Buy. I should be able to get service on the Beats Flex from Best Buy.

Love them. As I’ve gotten used to their quirks I have strengthened my positive vibes about these headphones.

Bought these as my first try using Beats earbuds/headphones. After all the hype I’ve heard about Beats, I am extremely disappointed. These just randomly stopped working right after my 3 month mark of owning them. I was in the middle of a run on a sunny day, enjoying some music, when they cut out all of a sudden. I thought it was odd because I knew I charged them beforehand. When I came back in, I tried charging them, but they wouldn’t even charge. They are completely dead and useless. So much for the high quality Beats is supposed to provide! When they did work, they were average at best. My previous Bose earbuds sounded far better.

Stopped working, wouldn’t charge or turn on. I made the mistake of removing them from my phone to try to completely reset them. Now Apple won’t warranty them.

My nephew likes them and still has them over a year later.

This was one of my best Bluetooth purchases ever!!!

Great quality headphones. Also bought them as a present for someone during the holidays.

The beats just keep on coming love this headset. I listen to relaxing sounds when I sleep.

I like the wireless headphones better. I love this brand.
