Buds keep falling out of my ears, the stiff wire looks like Micky Mouse ears rather than laying flat on your neck and shoulders. Bose was my go to buds, but they apparently do not make the wireless wired buds any longer!

I do not recommend these for working out. They do not stay in my ears well. I also could not get them to charge with any cable other than the short USB provided. It is type-C on both sides which made it inconvenient.

I bought these beats for work but the sound quality is no good and the volume doesn't sound loud at all I had to returned them and look for something better

Got these and only worked for 1 month and stopped working. Won’t even turn on or change. The sound was amazing when they worked just wish they lasted longer than 1month.

Purchased them within the last 90 days and they are not working. Followed the reset process, and still do not work. They have been on a charger for a day.

My old earbuds broke after two years. So I bought these to replace them. They are not good for $50 my old earbuds had double the battery for just as good quality, for about $5 less.

Average battery life and sound quality. Mic location is way too far from the ear buds

Light keeps blinking white. Probably worked once since I got it. Money down the drain. Im super angry about this never had this problem with a previous purchase

I have gone through 3 Beats X and except for the fact that they kept going out after 4-12 months they were great. These Flex are the cheaper version. They don't stay on as well as the Beats X but perhaps the biggest con is the charging method. I can't just pop them on the same charger as my phone. I hate that I have to buy an adapter to charge them.

Poor material quality. Causes skin irritation on the neck. Not the best for having conversations. The person on the other end constantly has trouble hearing
