I’m not sure if Beats is trying to get the customer to buy an upgraded one, but I am disappointed

Happy but Not Really

This was a gift and apparently the charging cord was not the correct one; which meant the earphones could not be charged for use. But, luckily, my brother owns and uses the correct cord with another product. He loves the sound, but was inconvenient before he got there.
