No sound no nothing. I did every troubleshooting advice I found on Apple and nothing went into Apple Store and guess work nothing. They tired everything then asked if I wanted to buy another pair! Why would I buy another pair when these don’t work and the reviews say it happens often. I will just go with another brand at this point. Apple is a joke and these beats started off great and ended as a dud.

Good price, but disappointing sound quality.

I wanted them to sound as good as my daughters Airpods Pro but they fell short. There was no bass at all I even tried all of the ear plug sizes hoping for a better fit and sound. I plan to return them soon.

Broke after 2 months

They have great sound but they stop working after only 2 months. Definitely not worth the price. My other pair which cost only $20 are still working great after a year.
