    Total disappointment!!! Purchased these during Black Friday season with my MB Air. Wanted them as my workout headset since my AirPods don’t seem to tolerate sweaty ears very well. These came well packaged (as typical of the Beats line) and I was super excited. They were so comfortable and handled the workout pressure “OK” (still popped out sometimes). HOWEVER, literally on my 2nd day using them… they just shut down in-use! And they haven’t worked since… tried drying ‘em out under heated lamp. Left charging overnight. NOTHING. On day 2… Not trusting my money on these ever again.

    Love these overall, except they take an unnatural length of time to connect to bluetooth on phone. Much longet than my other devices.

    This is my 2nd set because I lost my first one. I loved my first set. This set it appears the sound quality is just not the same (purchased first set at Best Buy summer 2022). Get the warranty.

    For beats the quality isn’t there. Thought I was doing right by getting the wire so I don’t lose or drop an ear bud but I was better off buying AirPods which apple owns beats. Now n days

    Copied my sister and her husband. They used them with their Apple phone while talking with me. They looked cooler than me AirPods. The reason why I like them is I don’t have to open a case to use them . The Beats are always ready to use.

    Speaker blown out so easily after about 2 weeks of use! Nothing serious just working out. They sound great with phone calls though.
