Beats don’t work

I have heard Beats products were great. When it does connect to my phone, which is rarely. It will work sometimes. At first when I got the headphones they would answer when separated them. Now they don’t do anything unless you disconnect it from Bluetooth and let it find it again. Then it will turn on. Then once it’s on, they are hard to turn off. I don’t know what to do at this point. I thought it was something I was doing wrong. But it’s like this all the time now. Want my money back.

Beware of poor quality sound

If you like only listening to treble then these are perfect for you. Hey don’t stay in ears very well even with the different sizes of ear pieces when you’re running or laying flat. They actually stopped working last night and I bought them on Jun 20th, 2021. Will never buy any beats products again after this terrible experience. Don’t waste your money.
