Beats Flex Unhappy Customer

Everyone says they can hear all my background noise and it’s so loud to them it’s obnoxious. Also calls get dropped for no reason and I can’t hear them or they can’t hear me whenever my roomate is close by. So either he hacked into them or he paired to them without me knowing it and somehow either has admin or primary control if that’s a thing. Not sure if I can factory reset them and unpair his phone remotely. Terrible purchase. Feedback of any sort would be appreciated.

No happy as a long standing customer.

Then a few months later it wouldn't hold a charge very long. Now I maybe get 2 or 3 hours of talk time. I purchased the warranty be Best Buy refused to replace them. I was told to contact Apple when I clearly had a Best Buy warranty. I was not happy and no longer am interested in purchasing Best Buy warranty.
