Not convenient to switch off.

You can't switch it off then. So you have to switch off the earphones first, then switch of the device such as laptop.

Unreliable POC

Exchanged it for a new unit and 3 weeks after, the 2nd unit didn't want to charge at all. These will be my first and last Beats purchases. Stay away.

Missing features

Meh. Good Sound, Not So Good Fit

Sound quality okay. Typical for a set of $49 buds. Look for a sale on the Powerbeats before you consider these.

Works for 1 year only. 7th pair purchased.

Now you have to have that for your iPhone and an usb-c charger. And this is my 7th pair. Used to be called beats X. After one year and a month exactly they quit working. Just outside of warsanrt. Many people have agreed with this experience. They are great for one year and then you just have to buy another pair. My girlfriend has had three of the 7 and I figured hers would last longer. Nope exact experience. Nothing! They work for 1 year.
