Audio quality is average and the earbuds have a very bad fit. The only good thing is the quick connect with iOS devices and multi bluetooth audio feature.

I got these about a year ago, very light use and recently the sound started messing up and now they have stopped charging. For the price they definitely should’ve lasted longer.

The battery life on this thing is horrible. It only lasts a couple of hours so I find myself charging it everyday at least twice.

Was inspecting a better sound from this beat devise. Doesn’t have an area where you can adjust the sound whether you want more base or not. Very disappointing and want to return it. It was a birthday gift to my wife and purchase a month before. Stuck with a headset that will not be use. Not happy !!!

I thought these would sound better. Sound is very thin. I prefer the style to the true wireless, for the price, they’re ok.

Expected better sound quality from Beats but no better than plug in Apple EarPods. Some trouble keeping them in my ears, can't walk around with them.

1 week after purchase, unit wouldn't power on even after charging. Exchanged it for a new unit and 3 weeks after, the 2nd unit didn't want to charge at all. These will be my first and last Beats purchases. Stay away.

These do not get very loud. They are customizable with ear tips. But $50 for W1 chip and perfect integration into your apple ecosystem is not bad.

Bought these as a replacement from previous beats. These our my go to headphones for gym and travel - great product

They are a good brand but is not what i expected, i know apple could it done better than that, is just the sound is not loud enough.

I've used Beats in the past, same product without issues. Now, cannot turn on the headphones only 3 months in. Sometimes it disconnected on its own. Will have to find a better option.

They are not the most incredible on the planet, but they will do for sure! The price is on point for the quality.

They integrate very well my iPhone and iPad. The sound quality is okay. The cable was longer than I prefer, so I returned them.

Good pair of headphones with long life, but the cord was too long

They worked fine but the cord rubbing on my face bothered me.

For an iPhone, airpods are so much better. Sound is great but for the airpods, you open the case and it connects to your phone. For the flex, you have to push buttons to connect and when you are done you have to press a button to shut it off. airpods cost more but are so much better
