Disappointing Quality and Performance

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The sound isn't near as good as I thought it would be and they are really difficult to use for calls - when they work for calls at all. The neck band is kindof small, so they are constantly shuffling around and never get quite settled. They are also finicky when they are charging and don't hold the charge they do get for very long. I ordered these in July about 2 months ago and would definitley return them if I could. I'll probably give mine to my 6th grade son and let him use them on the bus until they finally break or he loses them.

Charger chord does not fit device

Low quality product

Low quality product since it wont last a week. While it was working the quality of sound is incredible.

Terrible bluetooth experience with iPhone

Both have had really buggy bluetooth connectivity. Sometimes, I’ll get prompted multiple times to connect after connectivity is already established. Sometimes, it takes many attempts to establish a connection. This has been true for years across multiple iOS versions.
