I was looking for something with a little higher quality. The buttons are tiny and when nothing is playing through the headphones, you can hear an echo in your head. Prefer a better ear tip.

I bought this product on August 29th, charged it fully, and only used it 3 to 4 times during my workouts. However, on September 20th, when I attempted to recharge it, it suddenly stopped charging. Therefore, I cannot recommend this product.

I expected more being "beats" ! Short battery life , the neckband is very small, sound quality is eh.

Headphones does not last as long as stated on the product, have not had the product 90 days and the mic has gone out

Poorly designed product. Apple went and changed the design of the originally well designed Powerbeats and made it worse. The tiny volume control button is impossible to use if you are working out and sweaty and they reversed it from the right side to the left side. The Bluetooth connectivity constantly dropped from my iPhone 11 Pro Max and I had to keep resetting the Flex to reconnect. This is Apple’s worst product sine the Newton

Wire that goes around your neck is sized more for a child.

Stop working after one day. I use them at work. I load trucks. They stopped working after one day. I work 12 hour days . It took me two weeks to go exchange and it was too late? Anyway. Stopped working after one day.

Broke after one month and volume way to low I miss the old beats honestly

These are cool, but problematic if you have on a coat. People cannot hear you.

Worked fantastic for 3 weeks, now they won't respond or connect to any device. Cannot turn them off, they charge fine. Absolute junk.

They're ok for listening for short time or if you can't keep up with most expensive headphones.

Not bad but pricy for what they are. Just okay Tons of microphones noise while listening to music.
