I've had these for less than 3 months and they wont charge and won't turn on. Unfortunately, it was a waste of money and they're supposed to be one of the best brands. I dont recommend them.

The bluetooth connection isn't that great. The mic rubs on your neck .

Couldn’t find any of the ear cushions to fit my ear. Kept falling out or was so big that I was in physical pain in my ear canal.

I have fully returned this item. On the bestbuy account it claims that my money was issued and been refunded into my bank account. But I do not see this amount added back into my bank account. This is such a ripe off! The item was trash! This store is Trash!

Stopped working within a couple of days. It was really good after all.

My first and last impression with Beats products. I spent over an hour attempting to pair these with my Google Pixel phone. I downloaded the Beats app and followed the simple instructions. Yet it fails to connect every time. They should sell these as an Apple exclusive product. I'll be returning these, immediately.

Worst Bluetooth earbuds I’ve ever owned. They don’t stay in well, the sound quality is lousy, and the battery dies so quickly that 70% of the time I want to use it, it’s already dead.

These earphones are crap, the quality is not good, you have to push them deep in the ear to hear the bass

I bought these in March 2023, it's now June 2023 and they died on me. They won't charge, and there's no blinking light anymore. I enjoyed these earbuds but this seems like a common issue that I wish I knew sooner. I don't want to deal with a warranty replacement, I need earbuds for the gym now.

NOT helping me!! I bought these for the noise reduction but they are badly created. For one, even though the ear can be adjusted snugged with what size you need...does not take long to fall out with all the moving you do BECAUSE of the way the cord around the neck is...LONG!! The cord moves too much and its in the way if you turn your head right or left..annoying!!

The headphones were dirty and seemed like they had been repackaged, as if they were used and replaced in the package that was sold to me.

Good for the price but you get what you paid for you don’t get that bass beats is known for you need to upgrade to get that sound we all like.

I like the quality of the flex buds. The flex buds don't hold a charge for long.
