    Worst head phones ever

Extremely poor design. If you move your head back or around at all the era buds come out and the headset falls off your neck. The sound is tinny even with all the different ear buds. I’ve been buying Bluetooth head phones since there was such a thing. These are the worst. Hard to believe plantronics backbeat fit is not in production and this is the alternative

The speaker on the headset wasn't big enough. My family couldn't hear me unless I had really close to my mouth.

Stopped working after a month. Trued to repair in store and was told the barcode didnt match the receipt. Was fully compensated on store but odd situation. My spouse has beats also and had no issues in 2 years.

I initially really liked these headphones, but after not even four months of using them lightly, the right headphone just stopped working. Its super frustrating to spend 50 dollars and the headphones to stop working on one side. I had preciously owned powerbeats and this also eventually happened but it was after more than a year of daily use.

I knew better but I did it anyway. These were $49 and I got exactly what I paid for…low quality. I didn’t save anything because I had to wind up buying the $200 Beats after all … don’t cheap out on yourself; what seems like a bargain will eventually cost you more in the end!

These do not have a 12 hr life. I just bought them had them fully charged and they stopped after 5 hrs of use. I listened to music for maybe an hour when they died. I’m super disappointed with beats. I’m going back to Jabra, their headphones are way better and actually last.

The only suggestion for improvement is to weight the left side equally so they dont slip off over the right shoulder.

Had I known this didn't come with a charging cable I wouldn't have bothered! What company makes wireless buds without a charger? Also, I spent 10 minutes trying to figure out how to turn the dumb thing on, to discover not only my Samsung wouldn't pair, but the red light kept blinking. RETURN

I ordered these for my Grandma. I don't know if they work better with an iPhone, but they were a flop with her Galaxy S10e. I downloaded the app but she complained that they constantly disconnected from Bluetooth. Ultimately they were returned.

Awful for running. I wore them to the gym a coiple times. I was running on the treadmill one day and sweat must have caused them to stop working. They would not turn back on or charge.

While they worked they were awesome…only downfall is they only lasted 10 months. Now they won’t charge and just blink a red light. Time for an upgrade. I don’t recommend buying unless you plan on getting another pair in less than a year.

I loved these earbuds but - no exaggeration- they died the night of the last day of the return period. Won’t charge and won’t turn on. This happened to my BeatsX also, but they lasted almost two years. These are cheap, but not so cheap that they can be replaced every month.

They stops mid song and or skips every other song and power button is hard to tell if you pushed it and can turn it off easily when trying to turn it on and the charge is a fraction of what they say they do and the charging port is a usb-c not a micro HDMI which is annoying returning them and not getting them again
