They stops mid song and or skips every other song and power button is hard to tell if you pushed it and can turn it off easily when trying to turn it on and the charge is a fraction of what they say they do and the charging port is a usb-c not a micro HDMI which is annoying returning them and not getting them again

After 20 days my right side earphone stop working. I went to best buy for that, but they said It's only 15 days warranty. I'm huge fan of Beats headphones. But this time really disappointing.

I have had a couple pairs of BeatsX which I really loved but they are apparently no longer available so I tried these. I tried all the different size ear pieces and haven’t been able to find one that stays in. The sound in these is fine but the fit doesn’t work for me.

I was disappointed in the product. The wires are too short and simply, a menace.

Don’t expect a bass filled earphones. Sound is tiny not loud compared to other cheap earphones.

These beats don’t come with a complete charger. What a crock! Never have I bought an Apple product that I couldn’t use right out of the box. I’d have to go back to the store and buy the piece that goes into the outlet. I bought two, one for me and a second one as a gift. I’m returning both. Thanks for nothing, Dr. Dre.

Left ear bud stopped working right at about a month so I couldn’t return to BB and now have to go through Apple

Defective out of the box! Bought these as a Christmas present and they were dead out of the box. We tried all troubleshooting options and nothing worked. Overall very frustrating and disappointing. Apparently Dr. Dre doesn't want his "affordable option" to be successful.

these have always been my favorite. i wish they offered a protection plan so id never be without them!

None of the extra eartips included in the Beats works for my ear. They keep falling out of my ears. It didn't help with the weight of the two controls kept tucking on the earphones.

I bought these for my son before and he lost them. I didn't spend alot but you get what you pay for.

I am really enjoying the beats my only concern is I wish you could change the size of the ear tips.

Can’t adjust the bass and there is none. Needs improvement

This refurbished of junk didn’t even last a month internally shorted and will not charge or hard reset My wife’s Beatsx are over two years old

Not worth it, product is horrible and not comfortable

I’ve haven’t even had these headphones for a full month and the power light will not turn off. I’m highly disappointed especially after spending almost $75 dollars on a pair of headphones. PLEASE DONT WASTE MONEY!! Apparently this is a known issue with these earphones!

Hubby really liked them at first but they stopped charging 2 months later. Tried to reset but nothing worked!!! So disappointed.

Few years agompurchased worked fine, then recently the last 4 I have purchased have not lasted even 2 months, constantly malfunctioning and ultimately not even turning on. Not a good product

Good battery life but horrible sound quality......
