The instructions, if you can read them, are almost criminally negligent. First, what's with the 1 point type? Second, there is no anotated product illustration anywhere, no way to figure out which earbud is the left or right! It's not indicated on the earbuds or in the instructions! Really? Finally, the instructions do not tell you it will NOT complete the initial pairing IF the earbuds are being charged. Gee, what's the first thing people generally do when they buy a product that needs charging? Hmmmm. I guess customers should just know better!? Nice product, but Beats clearly cares more about looking cool than being helpful.

The sound on these is fantastic. I’m hearing parts of songs I’ve never heard before, but I’m giving 3 stars because they do not stay in my ears and I’ve never had that problem with other brands.

The “cons” first: these earphones are just okay. I have smallish ears, I guess, because they will not stay in. The sound is just fair. The “pros,” the battery is long lasting and the connectivity is easy. But for me, if they aren’t designed well enough to stay in the ear, why bother (disclaimer, they do provide you with varying sizes of tips to “customize” the fit, but the smallest ones still aren’t sufficient).

Everything arrived quickly and they look to be in good condition after shipping. It was a gift so I don't know how they worked or sounded.

Not impressed at all!!! I am an almost everyday user of the BeatsX headphones. I decided I would try these Beats Flex since they seem to be an upgraded version on the BeatsX. But the new features that they say are supposed to make them better actually make them worse!! I returned these and got another pair of BeatsX. No pros. Here are the cons: 1.)They are flimsier 2.)Auto start/stop from the earbuds doesn’t respond well 3.)Button that controls volume, track and mute is hard to reach. 4.)Sound quality is the same or possibly worse compared to the X’s I didn’t like the lighter cord that wraps around ur neck. It seems flimsy and cheap. The auto start/stop doesn’t work as good as they advertise. You have to take both ear buds out and they have to magnetize to themselves before the music will stop. Also the music doesn’t restart as easy as I thought. I had to put both ear buds in my ears to get them to start playing music again. And that didn’t always work. Sometimes I had to take them in and out a couple times before the music restarted on its own. The auto start/stop wasn’t as responsive as I thought they would be. The button used to change the track and volume isn’t like the X. The button is up further on the band. It’s not easy to reach. I like that there’s a separate button on the X’s that you can easily reach for controlling volume, track, mute. Wasn’t impressed with the sound quality either. They are more “trebley” The bass is still pretty good, but nothing any better. I returned mine back to Apple and ordered another pair of BeatsX. If you like the BeatsX just keep them, I wouldn’t waste your money on these.

Visuallythey look right, but in practice these aren't long enough really do what you might expect going around the neck from one ear to the other. T?he other disappointment is the volume control doesn't let you go as loud as I would have liked

A must have! So easy to use! Great Sound and quick charge

I like the way these fit and sound but this was the third pair Ive bought. First ones last a while and sound was grest but they quit working after 1 year. 2nd pair quit working quicky and sound was basic. This pair didnt stay charged after charging over night so i returned them immediatley. I dont recommend these. They just dont last.

I’ve wanted beats for the longest time. Tried out the wireless and didn’t like them, can’t wear the headphones because of issues with my head, so the beats flex is what I got. Loved them at first but wasn’t really using them. Now rhat I have them around my neck daily I hate them. I wish I could exchange them or something bcuz at the moment I seriously feel like ripping them to shreds. They unpair constantly. Anytime I want to listen to music or a podcast I have to go thru 20 minutes of annoying crap just to get them connected. Press the button once, they should turn on. They don’t. They should connect automatically, they don’t, they should stay charged for a while, they don’t. They suck don’t get them

They are comfortable and Sound quality is great too
