The earphone is too overpriced for its quality. It seems that the way it was designed made it more susceptible for breaking. By buying this, I expected something durable. Yet this product is far from durable and may break in weeks. I don't recommend buying this product. Wireless ones would be better.

Barely bought these beats never had enough money to buy some and ive always head how great they are i finnually bought a pair and they sounded nice i liked the sound but within 2 months later they wont charge no more and wont turn on VERY DISSATISFIDED!!!

Works ok but have had better quality from much cheaper brands.

I have bought 3 in a row, last one last less than a week. They did not have anymore in the shop so i ended up buy JBL. This one star is for this one, the product while working, is great

They are okay. The battery gave out around the 1.5 year mark.

Terrible. Can not turn on. Some crazy defect. I don’t have time to return or exchange. Just insane. Had them less than a month and no combination of button-pushing is working. They are fully charged.

They worked for 2 months and now the batttery wont charge. Bass is as good as a $20 wireless earphones. Worst product ive ever bought

In general the sound quality was nothing great, not bad but nothing great. They died in 15 days just beeped light went out and that was it. The. i couldnt return them. Not even a manager override as an option and said take them to an apple store they might be able to help. No i did not spend 25$ to get more than 2 weeks, but at one day out let your team have some discretion, I managed customer service for years they need that option.

Ordered these online on 9/2/2023 for a birthday gift to my husband on 9/15. He used them for approximately one week before one of the head phones gave out. Tried to exchange for a new pair at the store but they said it was over the 14 day return policy. This is the second pair this has happened too but at least the first pair lasted about 6 months. Total waste of money, do not buy.

Awkard straps, the sound isn't as good as old wireless set of JVC's which I was told, didn't sound as good

This unit has poor battery life and disconnects from my phone a few times a day, has poor sound quality wish I could return..don’t waste you money.

Noticed that the change doesn't last past 5 hours when its to be 16! I was really excited about this purchase as many love the brand. Not even a month and I can imagine in two months what it will he. I have had better with JBL' long lasting change power for listening for longer periods of time! I would like a return to purchase something else!

Not bad, also not the best, they are good quality as far as material.

Garbage!!!!!!! I’ve had these for about 3 months now, they have never paired instantly and now one of the earbuds has stopped working. Trust me, I’m not one of those guys to write poor reviews, just because abs I try to give a product the benefit of the doubt, but the pair I have is garbage. The Sony’s I purchased at Walmart were much better and you only get 6 hrs max battery life. Nope never again

Item has no base. Not happy with the sound quality. Tried to exchange it at Best Buy store in Jan, as it was a Christmas gift, only to be told their return policy is 14 days. Not happy with the situation.

Save your money!! I know it's tempting because the price is so low but for good reasons. you're better off getting any other cheaper pair of headphones. The sound quality on these are horrible, they don't stay in your ear, and theres no proper charging cable that comes with it to charge it. You have to buy a separate adapter. Returning these today!!

Purchased thses thinking Beats was a reputable brand, after about 8 months, they just quit working. Disappointed. Went back and got some JBL and so far, they are great.

Not happy with the battery life, does not last even one day. I didn't use it the whole time. Returned it today. Had high hopes on the Dr Dre earphones
