They should be good for working out with, but I wouldn't recommend these for running with. Comes with charging cord, but no wall port.

Amazing earbuds!

Charging plug is now a C charge instead of apple cord, and battery life is amazing! Wear it everyday all day and no problems. Only downside distance does get shaddy connection if u wal away from phone.
