They don’t hold a charge. They spin around on the neck

The sound quality is not what I expected from Beats. I understand they aren’t very expensive, but I still expected better sound quality.

My daughter loves them! She also loves the color of the one she has!

I wanted a pair of wireless earphones that when they fell out they didn't land on the floor. I liked these enough that I bought a second pair two months later so I would always have a charged pair. Within 6 months of purchase BOTH pairs developed cracks in the plastic wire covering (see photo.) One pair lost sound in one earbud but I was able to tape around the cracks in the second pair to stabilize the damage. Second negative feature is that the distance range for bluetooth connection is very small. I had to carry my phone or laptop with me if I wanted to listen to podcasts as I worked around the house.

I prefer Ubeats over flex! These really do suck and I’m not a fan at all nor would I purchase these for anyone ever

I love the device. I am concerned with the failure problem. They are not lasting a year. This will be my last pair if they fail before a year. They stop charging

Guess I should have read the reviews before purchasing. My son had a pair of these that I wore for probably two years until they quit working. I bought a pair on August 23 and returned them on September 7 because they quit working and wouldn’t charge. I exchanged them for a new pair, literally wore them three times and here I am on September 16 returning them because they quit working and won’t charge. What. In. The. World?????

Perfect for exercise. Love that it has extra eartips sizes. Sound is perfect for a nice morning run. Love the brand and the price I paid for. Works on iPhone too.

The charge laslts very long , i uss it for 10 hours a day , both work and peraonal. Takes very little time to charge

I didn’t intend to purchase these headphones originally but the brand I usually use were no longer available. I’ve seen these before but hesitated to purchase them because of the price. I was about to leave disappointed when I seen that there were only 2 pairs of the type of headphones I am accustomed to left and asked about the price which I was very surprised at the fact that it was the same as my usual ones so I went ahead and purchased both for my husband and I. The sound quality is excellent and the design is in fact better than what I expected. It quickly connects to my bluetooth and delivers a smooth and flawless sound. They stay charged for a considerable amount of time before I need to recharge them. They stay in place as I'm wearing them without fear of them slipping to one side and getting caught in my clothing which I greatly appreciate. I would recommend these over my previous brand of headphones. I just love these as my husband has told me he agrees with the comparison also.

It’s not even been a year and the hard plastic body of the headphone SNAPPED IN HALF with no provocation. They’ve been a favorite of mine but oh my lord, what?

After I bought this product, two weeks later it stop working, Best Buy give me a new one after a few day and the new one work for two months and it is dead right now, bad really bad product

Mines only lasted 2 months and they wouldn’t replace them saying 15 days online say 60 days it use to be 90 days

If I could give this negative stars, I would! First, you have no way of charging this item because the plug is not a standard USB. You have to buy a different adapter to be able to charge this! Dumb, dumb, dumb! Then I spent the next ten minutes trying to keep it in my ear. I was so frustrated that I almost got back in my car (within the hour of purchasing it) to return this and the wireless Beats Pro that I bought with it!! Absolute waste of my time.

These are 100% powder/Carolina blue. They are not the electric turquoisy blue shown in the photos at ALL.

Beastly fr! I can’t do anything while using my earphones work, workout, lay in my bed just so versatile!
