No happy as a long standing customer.

Then a few months later it wouldn't hold a charge very long. Now I maybe get 2 or 3 hours of talk time. I purchased the warranty be Best Buy refused to replace them. I was told to contact Apple when I clearly had a Best Buy warranty. I was not happy and no longer am interested in purchasing Best Buy warranty.

They work, just not great for my use

I have owned every beats headphone made in the last couple years and these just did not match up. Good as a low cost option but I returned and got studios.
