Won't even turn on or charge.

I charged them for over 16 hours and they still won't turn on. I've tried the reset method and still nothing. The white light blinks when they are plugged into the charger. Not the Beats I used to enjoy. I do not recommend this product.

Then the earphones refused to take a charge. Tried all of the online knowledge help for resetting the beats. Nothing worked to correct the problem.

Stopped working in 29 days

Trued to repair in store and was told the barcode didnt match the receipt. Was fully compensated on store but odd situation. My spouse has beats also and had no issues in 2 years.

Last time at Best Buy!

I waited too long to return and apparently Best Buy won't accept it and return my money. This is the last time I purchase Beats headphones and the last time I buy anything at Best Buy.

DO NOT USE FOR RUNNING/WORKING OUT
