I will say that they work great. It came missing the medium size ear tips. Well I should say it came missing one. The one it did come with had someone’s ear wax in it and it was just floating in the box. I can say that it didn’t bother me it didn’t come with medium tips because I wear a different size but I will say I think it is ridiculous to label something refurbished that don’t come with a set up the same as new. I think when you buy anything from any of these stores anymore you have to go into it as if you are going to be disappointed. That being said set your standards low and hope something changes soon.

Glad they have great noise canceling, so I do not have to hear them catcalling me as I am running on the treadmill.

First thing is it kinda hurts to wear or uncomfortable. Second is doesnt sound as loud as my airpods. third is when im working and i slam metal or any other thing in the ground or anything loud like it cuts the sound off then turns back on. idk why but other than that its ok.
