At first I was kind of hesitant of buying these given that they were refurbished, but after buying them, using them and having them for over 6 months. I have no complaints and I suggest them to anyone considering buying one.

The earphones work great in places like the steam room. The sound quality stays the same after many uses. Only little design flaw is the hook that goes on the ear. It hurts sometimes.

I recently misplaced my left earbud of my original beats pro fit & didn’t want to buy a whole new set. So I looked at the refurbished beats and they are just like new!! I couldn’t even tell that they have been refurbished if I didnt know they were. I will definitely consider refurbished options in the future based on this purchase!

I bought 2 pairs of these (black and grey). Black pair was missing the factory ear tips. They put a few generic ear tips in the box but they dont fit into the charging case. The grey pair only has the medium ear tips, but cane with a bunch or ear wax and hair. We still might keep the grey pair but have asked for another black pair. Honestly the quality control on these refurbished items are not good, i question if there are any electrical defects

Great product. Stays in my ears after a long run or high intensity workout. I did change out the silicone tips for foam tips. The sound is amazing; good bass and clear highs. Coming from the Powerbeats Pro, they would hurt my ears after hours of continuous use. I feel I can wear the Beat Fits Pro all day and all night without any ear pain.

I purchased these refurbished and like anyone else I was concerned about what I’d be getting. I do have to say that these came in better than I expected. These have the look and feel of a brand new set. I’m an new Apple iPhone user and am really enjoying the whole eco system of devices. Pairng was a breeze, an actual press button on the headphones themselves was much better than the touch tap I had on my galaxy buds. I like using hey siri feature along with being able and to lower and raise the volume on the buds rather than in a watch or iPhone. Overall worth the price I paid for it.

Took a chance buying these before a trip to Europe after my airpods have started to decline. Read a ton of reviews and outside of the cheaper feeling carrying case, I’m thoroughly impressed with the sound on these from Beats. The noise cancellation surpassed my expectations and I now use them as my everyday ear buds. 10/10 would recommend. Especially if you can get a solid pair on an OpenBox special.

I am constantly looking for the good headphones/earpods for the gym. I think I have finally found what I have been looking for. These sound great and off all the benefits of airpods, but better suited for the gym or other heavy activity. I really like these a lot.

Although pre-used, they were able to refurbished them and have a majority of parts come with it. Earbuds work fine, with noise cancelling doing it's job.
