I had to really clean up the product before using. It was pretty nasty. Has me questioning if I should by refurbished headphones from BB anymore.

Relatively comfortable for short durations. But not good really for flights or king duration use. No wireless charging or find my earbuds like the AirPods. Should be much much better for the price

But the connection quality was poor, often dropping on one side or the other. Eventually, the left earbud stopped working. Best Buy took it back and gave me store credit.
