When I checked out the earbuds I could not tell that they were refurbished and were in excellent cosmetic shape I did return them because the earbuds themselves did not feel comfortable on my ears but they were functioning and worked otherwise.

I was in an elevator on the fourth floor and my phone was in the car below outside and the music was clear and strong

Bought these as running headphones. They fit over the ear nice and don’t come off easily while running. Only issue is they aren’t very loud, to the point I though maybe my IPhone was messed up.

I’ve owned the beats pro earbuds for less than one month. The sound quality for phone calls is quite good. However, The background noise is very audible and this otherwise high-quality item should have included noise cancellation feature.

Great sound! Cool color. My son take them out his ears long enough to charge and puts them right back in his ears.

Highly recommend refurbished headphones like these. Never had major issues so the significant discount has been worth it. Occasionally had one earbud not charge but could be me not noticing putting it in the case a little off.

Nice earbuds. Sound level a tad bit low when using for phone calls. Only connects to 1 phone at a time. I carry 2 phones during the day and switching connection back and forth can be cumbersome.
