Don’t Recommend Refurbished

They came days earlier than expected. Excited when I open them up and paired them to my phone. 1st strike if product was tested and certified. Why wasn’t the last persons info deleted. 2 why wasn’t product charged atleast 50%. I proceeded to charge both headphones and case. Only the left ear and case charged and working. The right ear not charging at all. I unpaired and pair everything. Google different things for why that maybe happening. Clean then and repair still nothing. Now it’s time to take them down to my local Best Buy to exchange or just get a refund. I may just go ahead and buy them brand new.

Great sound with connection issues

Typical Beats sound with great lows, but not over emphasized. However, the right earbud continuously does not connect when removing them from the case. I always have to disconnect and re-connect them. I have done this countless times and the left earbud is the only one that will work consistently. Based on research, this is a widespread issue with the product.
