I charge them they die. If you dont do it proper they wont charge. Its a hassle. I perfer my old cable ones then these headphones. I am a simple guy dont want nothing fancy but these guys suck at syncing to your phone have to do it mutiple times and if they arent charge they die on you but in your mind you hear the click and say yeah they are charging. For that money get something else.

Everything else was in the original box. Highly suspect product when items are missing and geek squad won't allow the purchase of a Product Replacement.

Totally sync with Apple products

These totally wireless earbuds are awesome. They completely sync with my iPhone. The “Hey Siri” option is awesome to have when I want to put on a different playlist but my phone is in my pocket, purse, or my workout belt.
