Great for the gym, I had wired previously for 5 years finally went wireless

I bought these earphones because I had tested them and I loved the quality of them. I was excited until I saw the box and it was a huge tear in the box as if it was forced opened. I ignored it and began to set up the earphones. Once they were set up, the left earphone connected but the right earphone didn’t connect. I tried numerous times to reset the earphones and it didn’t work. I began to investigate then I see that the button on my right earphone button did not work, it was stuck inside the earphone. I am disappointed in this because BestBuy has always been my favorite store when it comes to electronics. I then returned the product because I could not go through another phase of disappointment.

Great quality, sounds great. I don't have to worry about it falling out and losing one.

Sound quality is awesome!!! Was an open box but seemed like it was brand new and no one touched it to return, oh well my gain!!!

They are like the brand new ones! The only improvement to be made I would say is that they should come with the in ear pieces installed. I had a bit of a difficult time getting them on.

I love these headphone and they were for a great price but I never received them. My daughter has them and they are really good. Maybe next time.

Love Them I definitely recommend these headphones I always had a problem with the AirPods falling out my ear so I ordered these and they are great and the battery lives are very good last all day just put in the box and they charge back up so I definitely recommend this product

Bought these as a replacement for the same kind that was a few years old. I only use them for workouts because the design keeps these from falling out of my ears as I move around. However, I’d only ever use these for working out. The design is too ugly and they’re too big for just casual music-listening or phone calls.

Bought these to Replace AirPods that no longer holding a charge. No issues so far with them being refurbished. Would recommend for sure. No worries about them falling off because of the hook around the year sound quality is solid.
