So I paid $119 for these, sold refurbished. I was slightly skeptical to be honest. I couldn’t tell they were not brand new. Sometimes both buds don’t connect and I have to reconnect them, is the only reason why I’m not giving them a 5 star rating. Sound quality is amazing, basketball, jumping rope, whatever.

I purchased these headphone and I gotta say it’s good! Both ear pieces were clean and comfortable. The package came with the box, charger, extra ear buds to fit your ears and the case. The quality of the sound were good when I listen to music. The battery last for a couple of hours and it’s easy to connect to your phone. Overall good headphones

Sold my Galaxy Buds for these because I wAnted the security of being wrapped around the ear. Had Powerbeats in the past so I knew these would be a better option than even the new air pod pro's FOR ME (key words). Spec wise, yes the Air Pod Pro are better, but again I needed that extra secure hold. Why did i take them back? Something just seemed off about them. New, it comes with 4 ear tips sizes, the fits all size ready on the earbuds, then an additional small, medium, large. Not the case with the refirb ones since the first pair were used by the original owner I assume. I used the medium size and something just seemed off. The sound was ok, but wasn't what I was expecting and my brain just wouldn't accept that this is powerbeats newest design sounded. My seal just wasn't great, add in a few connection issues, with bluetooth interruptions and I was convinced it was because they were used and not brand new. More than likely not the case, but that was just how I felt. The next week I noticed that the price had dropped to $199.99, which was a difference of less than $20 (i paid for rush shipping) so I returned them and purchased brand new ones. They wouldn't include the rush shipping in the return credit, but I understood that. On my new pair I've not had any connection issues and the ear buds that are already on the ear buds to start when You get them new ended up being the pair I needed for my ears. The sound was suddenly amazing because of the amazing seal and fit I got for my ears. Totally worth making the switch to getting them new, but your ears will be fine with what's included. Good news is you get a very long time period to decided if you like them or to find out if they have any issues and you can return them no questions asked. Do yourself a favor, look for a sale and buy them new and save yourself the hassle.

The earpiece that goes into the ear was very uncomfortable. I would have to take it out after a few minutes. Also, I would start to lose connectivity after just at about 20 feet. I exchanged them for some Shokz wireless earbuds and seems like the quality of sound is much better and I won't lose connectivity even as far as 50 ft.

I have bought several items refurbished from Best Buy and they are always great quality. I love these wireless headphones, the sounds is great and they don’t fall out of my ears while working out. I only charge them every few days so the battery life is great also.

Refurbished! - But look and operate like brand new! Sounds great and controls on both ear pieces make them easy to operate. No worries about the ear pieces falling out or getting knocked out of the ear with the ear loops. Looking forward to upgrading to next generation with heart rate monitoring. Awesome!

The best, they don’t fall, sound is amazing, and when I need to zone out by blocking all other sounds these are my go to headphones. They’re light and don’t fall easy and I’ve had them for almost a year. I toltally recomend!

Overall, these are pretty good for running. They fit great in my ear and don’t fall off when I’m working out. However, I do miss the noise cancelling of other headphones as well as wireless case charging. Battery life is very solid, and the color is good, but not a fan of how large the case is

Before I got these I had AirPods pro for general listening on my school campus and around about, but they did not suffice for workouts, running, or heavy lifting. After I saw them on sale for the refurbished I picked them up for running manly and I have used them for all my active lifestyle aspects and have not been disappointed by the sound quality or secure fit and batter life, the only down side is lack of noise cancellation.

They fit a niche. They are not like my Apple pro EarPods as far as sound quality but that is not why I got them. Bought the refurbished and have been good so far. They stay on my ears thru runs, boxing,TRX, and basketball- I never worry about losing them. They connect and switch between my Apple devices seemlessly. Sound seems flat to me but they are not down in your ears like others( did find using the largest size ear plug connector made them better) and I find it easy to communicate with others and not pull these out all the time. So guys bag - big yes. Watching a movie or really chilling to music- switch to my EarPods pros. It may be silly but putting them back in the charger case or on your ears can be a challenge sometimes even though you have done it many times b4. Hope that helps you

The battery life on these headphones is amazing! Hour in the gym barely phases them....uses maybe 8% if even that. Very comfortable even with wearing glasses and they don't fall off at all. My headphones look brand new so im glad I opted for the open box and saved a good chuck of change. Highly recommend these if you are looking for a true wireless set for the gym or any type of workout.

My first impression is the bass sounded hollow. But as I used them I’m not sure if there was an update to drivers on my iPhone or power beats but they sound much better now. I love the way they automatically connect to all my devices like AirPods but fit my ears way better than AirPods.

I love these headphones! they are the best because they sound better than the apple headphones and they have some good base. The best thing about these headphones are they actually have bass, and also they wrap around your ears. The color is very unique, and I would recommend these to anyone that wants some real headphones and have the backing of apple.

I highly recommend these. I have tried many different high end true wireless earbuds & noticed that I needed ones that wrapped around my ears in order to stay in place & not fall out. Once I got these my search was over. They work well & connect easily (with an android phone as well), the battery life lasts a while and the functions on both mirror each other. These have been perfect for me.

I was given these earbuds as a gift, and then enjoyed them so much I purchased them as a gift for someone else. They feel extremely secure and are unnoticeable once you put them on. I use them for weightlifting and running and have never had any issues with them. Sounds quality is good.

I’ve tried different in ear buds in the past. Some that wrapped around my ears and some that were just in my ears. Most don’t fit well because I have small ears canals. These are by far, excellent earbuds for me. Most others hurt the top of my ears or didn’t fit well in my ears. These are great. The battery life is better than the other ones I have so I can stream longer than before. The voice clarity on calls is great and I haven’t had a dropped call since using these.

Comfortable to wear. The sound is great! Has a long-life battery. Pairs quickly with cellphone or tablet.

Sound quality and battery are great. I experience frequent connectivity issues where only 1 bud will connect until i put both back in the charging case and then back in to my ears. The automatic pause/play feature when you take the buds in and out of your ears are more of an inconvenience at times than a benefit, especially if im just taking 1 bud out to have a conversation or listen to my surroundings. All of these features may be able to be fine tuned through the app or reading the manual but i havent tried it yet. Overall a quality product with minor inconveniences

The sound is clear and crisp with these ear buds. They are my favorite of any I've owned! I love the behind the ear hook on them because I never have to worry about them falling off. The sound is great, I just wish it was slightly louder!
