They arrived very fast the package was in excellent condition and they sound great

I suppose it's always a bit of a crapshoot when you buy a refurbished product. I don't normally buy refurbished products, but I also got tired of having my running partner make fun of me for wearing over ear headphones (my preferred) while we run. I didn't want to pay full price, so I decided to buy these. It reminded me of why I don't buy refurbished products. I strongly suspect whatever the defect was with the headphones initially was never fully resolved. The right one never seems to seat in the charger right. When I'd pick them up to go run, I could flip a coin as to whether or not it would be charged. It would frequently die out in the middle of a run. Sometimes it never turns on at all. I recently ran a half marathon and took extra care to make sure these were seated and charged. Good thing I took my over ear cans along as well, because they never powered on. Like I said, its a bit of a crapshoot and purchasing items such as this comes with risk, but it's really disappointing that after only five and a half months, I can only really get one to work, and even then not consistently. Very disappointing. Rated poor for quality and poor for value.

Great sound and fit. I use for business purposes and morning runs.

Got these on Black Friday for a great deal, they work great and the sound is incredible.

These are very user friendly to setup. I love using them at my desk with only one headphone in so that I can pay attention to my surroundings at work and also do some studying on my duel monitors, while working. I love the range and convenience at the gym. As for the user, I have not had any issues talking on my phone through these, while at the gym or using my hands for other things, rather than holding my phone or being on speaker phone.

You forget that you have the earbuds on. The charge time is great and it lasts a long time. Great sound. Have never taken them off since the purchase. They are Waterproof.

In all honesty, I do not understand why these things cost $250 brand new. I just can't make sense of something like this costing that much? I'm not saying its a bad product, I just don't think its worth the price they sell them for. As far as working out, these are okay, but I would definitely use and choose the Air Pods Pro over these any day. I run relatively often, several miles at a time. I purchased these and the Air Pod pros for this specific reason. After using power beats, I chose to stick with the Air pods pro. These will stick in your ear but the sound is not great because they are not tight around the ear. For me after running 10 miles in both these and the Air Pods Pro, I will stick with the Air pods. Better sound.
